Where to find the serial number
It is laser-etched around the base of the lamp, between the screw thread and the body, in the format UB-1234-5678. On the kit boxes it is printed on the carton end flap instead.

Read the serial
Two letters, then two groups of four digits. Hyphens optional when you type it.

Fill in the form
Purchase date and retailer, so we can verify the term if a claim comes in.

Keep the reference
We email a registration reference. That is all a future claim needs.
Ninety-day limit
Registration must be completed within 90 days of purchase. After that the lamp carries the standard one-year limited warranty instead, which is set out in the warranty terms.
